Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here! Let me take a moment to share a little bit about myself and how I ended up on this amazing photography journey. Spoiler: It involves adventure, love, and a whole lot of photos!
How Love, Adventure, and Motherhood Shaped My Passion for Photography
From France to the US – My Adventure Begins
In March 2015, I found myself itching for something new. I was a little tired of my routine back in France and dreaming of adventure, so I jumped into the au pair experience. What was supposed to be a one-year adventure quickly turned into two because I was having such an amazing time exploring a new country, meeting incredible people, and embracing this new chapter of my life.
And guess what? It’s a really good thing I stayed for that second year, because just three months before I was supposed to return to France, I met a guy. Not just any guy—the man who would become the love of my life! Pretty crazy, right? I changed my whole life for him and moved to the US for good. Best decision ever.
Why I Became a Photographer – Turning Moments into Memories
Along with falling in love with my husband, I also rediscovered my lifelong love for photography. I grew up in France surrounded by family, memories, and cameras. My mom and I would spend hours in the darkroom, developing photos, and that’s where my passion for capturing life’s special moments began.
After my not-so-great experience with my own wedding photos, I realized how important it is to have someone who truly gets how special moments are. That’s when I decided to become a photographer who captures those precious, real-life memories that people can cherish forever.
Life, Love, and a Little Girl Named Charly Rose
Fast forward to today, and I’m not just a photographer, but also a mom to the sweetest little girl, Charly Rose. Becoming a mother has deepened my love for photography even more because I see firsthand how quickly these moments pass. Now more than ever, I understand the importance of freezing time for just a second, so you can hold onto those memories forever.
My photography is all about capturing life—whether it’s the joyful chaos of a family session, the excitement of maternity shoots, or those tiny, everyday moments that make life beautiful. My style is natural, fun, and full of life, just like the moments I photograph.
